The Ruins
It was the first Ruins that will bring in the next. That's right! Raptor2 and Milkshake (MP and R2D) are now bringing a brand news series to the Freerider pages, that's right, its The Ruins, now being a series, below is the first episode of the series! Enjoy

 Okay, for those who have heard of or have seen the moving The Ruins that was how this track idea was started. Milkshake was watching the movie when he came up with the idea for this track. Milkshake was done with his version when he made Milkshake Productions and teamed up with Raptor2Design, from there Milkshake personally asked Raptor2 if he would like to help add detail to the track, but Raptor2 added more then detail, he also extended the track. Where Milkshake was planning to leave off was right where all the mines are, but Raptor2 added more layout, all the way to the entrance of the cave. Milkshake then picked up the layout planning, and added many of the last features, two being the loop and the idea to end it by going underwater, in order to continue on to the second ruins map. Milkshake did about 90% of the layout and about 20% of the detail (his favorite detailed spot was the one he made, the loop at the end) and Raptor2 did about 10% of the layout while he took over about 80% of the awesome detailing in this beast. Now, the idea for the series came from Raptor2, who also named the first ruins The Ruins: Return of the Dead. The idea for the second track came to Milkshake while they were still designing the very first one. So, together they finished the first ruins, and are now bringing in the second, which the demo for the second track is currently at the bottom. | The Ruins News 8/6/08--Big news!     Okay, Raptor2 and I have joined together to make a new track called The Ruins. This is a track that we have both worked on. This is the first track that the two of us have made together, and with incredible detail along with a great layout this track is a masterpiece. And Raptor2 and I bring you one of the best tracks of the year, coming out right on time. The story: What Happened: BMX biker went on trip and found himself/herself trapped in a set of every lasting ruins, but in order to escape from them he/she must go through it, and before the end of a lifetime. Inside this first every lasting ruin the biker has to escape from three of the dead, an easy task really, and must go through the ancient ruins of the old way and mysterious magic, with twists and turns at every point and amazing detail this is the ultimate track, its the best of the best from Milkshake and one of the best if not the best from Raptor2. Enjoy this wonderful piece of art (tip:if you want a hint on what the next ruins is going to be about just play this track =P)

 This beast is Once again the BMX biker is trapped in ruins, but these ruins are different. These are the ruins of Scotland in 2035 (based off the movie DOOMSDAY). In order to escape the biker must find an anti-virus for the Reaper Virus. If the biker does not find the anti-virus the army will leave the biker in the post-apocalyptic zone. Will the biker find the anti-virus? Just updated! Now with more 3D effects and more detail at points and the 21st star is gone! Now you can complete it!

I've never liked powerups. So... this isn't the best FR2 track in my opinion. =/ ~The whole series was, fun, sure, but not the best.
