The V Track Contest - Oct/Nov 2008
The V Track contest was a contest in the autumn 2008. The aim was to create the ultimate V-track; a track that contained as much variety, variation, vivaciousness... as possible. The winner was OtterNox with his track Certain Death. The administrator of this contest was Svinepels.

The Ultimate Ride Contest - Jul/Aug 2008
The participants in this contest were supposed to find hidden FRT-symbols in tracks all over the site. The first one to find the seven symbols would win a Nintendo DS. The lucky winner was xusernamex, followed by wowmow on 2nd place.
The Great Outdoors Contest - Mar/Apr 2008
An outdoor themed track contest administrated by LinkJon and curtis123freerider. The winner was Coasterking1 with his track A bug's Size.
Free Rider 2 Favorite Track Contest - Dec/Jan 2007/08
One of the first contests at freerider-tracks.com, and the goal was to generate two "favorite" tracks. The winners, curtis123freerider and svinepels won a Gamestop $25 gift card each and a front page feature.
