This tutorial will teach you how to construct your author page as neatly as possible.
1. Create your author page First of all, you need to create it. Click and call it [your username]'s tracks. Very important: use the Author Page template. And by the way, please do the moderators a favor by adding it under Free Rider 2 Tracks by Author. Some people prefer to use their profile page (http://www.freerider-tracks.com/account/[username]) as an author page but we recommend creating a new one.
2. Link to your page on the Free Rider 2 Tracks by Author page This doesmakes it much easier for people to discover your page. Go here and add your name and a link in one of the table cells on the bottom.
3. Add tracks to your page If you remembered to use the Author Page Template you'll see there's a table on your page. You can post your track codes in this table, along with track name to the left. Perhaps you want to add some more information too? Difficulty, type, preferred vehicle can be useful to add. Additional ways to present your tracks If you find the code sharing unnecessary and space-taking, you could always upload your tracks to FR2DB.FR or TRACKMILL.COM and add links from your tracks at the databases on your author page. Additionally, you could save the codes inside small txt-files, upload them to the internet and add links. If you're looking for free internet file hosting software, www.getdropbox.com is a good choice.
