How To Add Your TracksThis is a featured page

Adding your own tracks to the site is simple! The only requirement is a freerider-tracks.com account, and registration takes only a few minutes. If you already have an account, follow these steps:

1. Copying your track code
When you have finished making a track you want to share, click the floppy disk icon (see the picture to the right). Then click copy. Your code has now been copied, and you can paste it wherever you want.

TIP: We recommend saving your code in a text file on your computer before closing your Free Rider (2) window, to make sure you have a copy of it

2. Posting your track to Freerider-Tracks.com
a) First, make sure you have an account and are logged in. If not, register by clicking the big yellow button on top of the page or log in with the link to the right of the button.

b) When you have created your account, navigate to a track page that suits your track. For instance, if your track is a difficult skate park track for the BMX, you can add it to skate park tracks, moderate tracks or BMX tracks.
c) Click the How To Add Your Tracks - Free Rider-button to edit the page. When you are in editing mode, the EasyEdit Toolbar will show up on top of the screen. Scroll down to an empty coloumn in the table on the page, and paste your track to the right and your username and track name to the left. Click the Save button. If there are no tables, you can just paste the code to a convenient spot.

TIP: All users should have their own author page. Make one by clickingHow To Add Your Tracks - Free Rider . Choose the Author page template, and name your page [your usename]'s tracks. For instance, if your username is slayer2, call the page slayer2's tracks. You can also use your profile as an author page. (www.freerider-tracks.com/account/[your username])
NOTE: When adding your code to the pages, you'll make the page easier on everyone's computer, easier to edit and scroll through if you paste your code as small as possible. Avoid posting track codes like these examples:

-18 1i 18 1i##

-18 1i 18 1i##

Instead, you can make the page size smaller and the exploring less laggy, if you post your codes like this:
-18 1i 18 1i##

This way, you'll save page space and reduce the lag when exploring the pages. Also, avoid adding your tracks to narrow, vertically long tables that take up much room without using nearly any of it. Avoid using unnecessarely long gaps between track codes too.

Note that text size and colour can't be edited when using some web browsers, such as Google Chrome, it's best to use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, which works fine.
