First of all, thanks for all the constructive feedback I've been receiving!

I decided to make this message to make a few points clear. I've been going on about this subject for ages and still been accused for this many, many times. I have been treated rather unfairly because of this, and because I know my newly released big-ass track "Epic Journey" will lure people to play my other tracks as well and before you start posting your hatemail, hear me out:

I haven't stolen any of the tracks in my gallery!

My tracks have spread effectively in the internet, and you might have seen some of my tracks before under some other author's profile or tracklist.

WHY ARE YOUR TRACKS EVERYWHERE?
  • Before adding my tracks to the Free Rider 2 Database, I kept my track codes on my track page here in FRT.com where anyone could copy them and add them to the database or Trackmill.com as their tracks.
  • I did not add my tracks to the database first because I didn't think it would be necessary and it would be more easy and convenient to just copy the track code and play the track in my profile

HOW CAN YOU PROVE THAT YOU'VE MADE THE THESE TRACKS?
  • For example, Skiing Resort has been stolen many, many times. But the people who stole it forgot to erase my signatures from their uploads. So if you for example search Trackmill for Skiing resort you will find tons of Skiing resorts many with my signature in them. Only one is enough to prove that I made the track, or then every uploader of the track added my signature to it just to confuse people and everyone managed to add an exactly similar signature to it.
  • You can check my news page history or my old track page history. The tracks were first released there and you WILL NOT find any other page with anything about my tracks that has been edited before that.
  • You can ask any other FRT.com moderator and they will confirm that I made the track first, because they witnessed the first uploads of my tracks. For example, these front page features are being updated by moderators. And they knew that I made the track. FEATURE 1 | FEATURE 2 (at this point I'd like to accent that I wasn't a moderator back then)
  • On this page every contribution I've ever made to this site is registered. You can find the first news about my tracks somewhere there.
Trackmill tracklist

Trackmill search. At least someone had the courtesy to mention my name in his upload.

WHYHY ARE SOME OF YOUR TRACKS ADDED "AS A BUNCH" TO YOUR FIRST TRACK PAGES IF THEY REALLY WERE CREATED BY YOU? AND WHY DON'T YOU KNOW THE DATES THE FIRST TRACKS WERE MADE?
  • I first had made tracks just for fun and didn't take down the dates I made the tracks
  • I first released my tracks in a personal Freewebs site and when I moved my tracks to FRT.com I had already made some.

I'VE SEEN THE TRACK SKIING RESORT IN TWO VERSIONS. THE OTHER HAS LESS DETAIL THAN THE OTHER AND THE LAYOUT IS A BIT DIFFERENT. HAS SOMEONE ELSE STARTED THE TRACK AND YOU'VE JUST FINISHED IT AND ADDED THE SIGNATURES TO IT LATER?
  • No. I first accidentally published the unfinished code for the track, and the person who stole it added it to the database in a rush without checking that the track is actually unfinished. But I think it had my signature in it already.
  • If I remember correctly, the same thing happened with Lucy's trip part one.

Sign

Did anyone read that sign?
WHY DON'T SOME OF YOUR TRACKS HAVE SIGNATURES IN THEM?
  • At first I didn't think anyone would want to steal my tracks, but I quess I was wrong ^^
  • Now I'm re-releasing my tracks with checkpoint powerups and signatures in them. Even though adding signatures won't help now, it still bothers me that some of the tracks don't have my signatures in them.

So now you know. This should be enough proof that I've made the tracks in my gallery. From now on, every time you see a track of mine stolen, REPORT IT!

Thanks again for all the feedback and comments you've been sending me. Remember that I try to answer all the questions in the track comments in my FR2DB Forum Gallery.

Now that you've read this message, I recommend you to register to Free Rider Tracks.com for this is the ultimate wiki-based Free-Rider track site, FR2DB.com and Free Rider 2 Database forums.

Special thanks to Svinepels for all the support and chitchat company, Wild-Kat for being the ultimate moderator and being very understanding and Wolfram, who is just otherwise cool as hell :D

Thanks to the fans!
