Has already been attempted. Ever hear of The Ultimate Free Rider 2 Project? It was shut down before it even started. Though Wild-Kat wasn't in it, and neither was svinepels, and that was because they didn't want to be in it. There were about two others that took that place. And it was shut down before it started.

Finish the actual page before making the track. In the first one there was a really good system where authors could write what they had added, now there's no system at all.

i dont really like this idea, because anyone could just mess the track up, and then you couldn't change it. i think the person in charge of this program should pick a group of really good freerider2 designers and let them work on the track.
